Terms of Service

The agreement that governs use of Voxium Legal.

Last updated: September 6, 2026

These terms govern use of the Voxium Legal website and application, operated by RayMar & Co Enterprises LLC (“we”, “us”). By creating a workspace you agree to them.

1. What the service is

Voxium Legal is document-review and organization software for legal professionals working California workers’ compensation matters. We are not a law firm, we do not provide legal advice, and no attorney-client relationship is created by your use of the service. Output is draft work product intended for review by a licensed attorney who remains responsible for the matter.

2. Your responsibilities

  • You are responsible for verifying every finding against the source document before relying on it, filing it, or serving it.
  • You represent that you have the right to upload the material you submit and to have it processed as described in our privacy policy.
  • You are responsible for supervising your users, for the security of your credentials, and for compliance with your own professional and ethical obligations.
  • You will not use the service to upload material you are not authorized to possess, or to attempt to breach, overload or reverse-engineer the platform.

3. Accounts, seats and plans

Workspaces are licensed per plan, with a monthly allowance of documents and a number of seats. Exceeding an allowance pauses processing until the next cycle or an upgrade. Invitations to a workspace may be issued only to people your firm authorizes.

4. Fees

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor and renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel at any time and will retain access through the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, fees already paid are not refundable. We may change prices on notice, effective at your next renewal. Founding-member and beta terms, where offered, are described at the time of the offer.

5. Your content

You keep all rights in the material you upload and in the work product generated from it. You grant us only the limited license needed to host and process it in order to provide the service.

6. Availability

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, third-party outages and factors outside our control can interrupt access.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. AI-generated analysis may contain errors or omissions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits or the outcome of any legal matter.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close a workspace that breaches these terms or that is used unlawfully. You may close your workspace at any time.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the state and federal courts located in California have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.
