Privacy Policy

Effective September 6, 2026.

Voxium Legal is a paralegal support tool for California workers’ compensation practice. It is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and does not create an attorney-client relationship. All output requires attorney review. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we do with it.

Who we are

Voxium Legal is operated by RayMar & Co Enterprises LLC. You can reach us at support@voxiumlegal.com.

Information we collect

  • Account information. Name, work email, firm or organization name, role, and the seats assigned to your workspace.
  • Case content you upload. Medical records, reports, correspondence, and other case documents, including scanned and handwritten material, plus anything you type into case chat.
  • Derived work product. Chronologies, case summaries, extracted findings, page citations, and search indexes generated from your uploads.
  • Usage data. Document counts, feature usage, timestamps, IP address, and browser or device information, used for metering, security, and support.
  • Billing information. Handled by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
  • Website data. This marketing site uses cookies for basic analytics and preferences. You can decline non-essential cookies through the banner.

How we use it

We use case content solely to deliver the service to you and your firm: to process documents, build chronologies and summaries, power search and case chat, generate read-aloud audio when you request it, and provide support you ask for. We use account and usage data to run the platform, meter plan limits, secure the service, bill you, and communicate about your account.

Confidentiality of case files

Case content belongs to you and your firm. Access is scoped to your workspace and the seats you invite. We do not sell case content, and we do not share it with other customers. Our personnel access it only where necessary to operate the service, resolve a support request you raise, or comply with law.

Service providers

We rely on third-party providers to run the platform, including cloud hosting and infrastructure, document OCR and AI processing, text-to-speech for read-aloud, payment processing, and email delivery. These providers process data on our instructions under contract and only to provide their service to us.

Retention and deletion

We retain case content for as long as your workspace is active. You can delete individual documents and cases from within the application. On written request to support@voxiumlegal.com, we will delete your workspace content, subject to a short period for backup rotation and any retention we are legally required to observe.

Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls scoped to your firm workspace, and role-based permissions for seats. No system is perfectly secure; you are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for managing who you invite into your workspace.

California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, the CCPA as amended by the CPRA gives you the right to know what personal information we collect, to request access or deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and to be free from discrimination for exercising those rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA. To exercise a right, email support@voxiumlegal.com.

Where a firm uploads records about an injured worker, the firm is the party that determines the purpose of that processing and is responsible for its own obligations to that individual. We act on the firm’s instructions.

Children

The service is for legal professionals and is not directed to children under 16.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date, and we will notify account holders by email where the change is significant.
